These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Transforma application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
Transforma is a file conversion application that converts files between formats (images, video, audio, PDF, and text) entirely on your device using Apple system frameworks. No files are uploaded to external servers.
Purchase and Payment
The App is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed by Apple. All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the files you choose to convert and for ensuring you have the right to convert them.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the App, not ownership of the software.
File Conversion Accuracy
While we strive for accurate file conversions, the App is provided on an “as is” basis. Conversion results may vary depending on the source file format, quality, and content. We recommend keeping your original files as a backup. The App does not modify or delete your original files.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from file conversion errors or data loss.
Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
